Capti, Inc. ("Capti") is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you share with us.

Capti uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card and debit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of processing payments to Capti. This billing information collected is not used for marketing or promotional purposes. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, or support issue. Users at all times are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their user registration and password.

Capti considers email transmitted to be private correspondence between the sender and recipient. Therefore, we will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of your private communications, except for reasons provided for in the End User License Agreement.
Content posted to public community areas is publicly available, and Capti reserves the right to remove any publicly posted content that it deems to be objectionable.
Opt-Out Policy
Mobile recipients can opt-out of receiving mobile text messages by replying “STOP” to any message. Email recipients may unsubscribe by following the opt-out instructions included in the email communications. Capti customers can modify their communication preferences at any time via the "Manage Profile" portion of the web site. Alternatively, you can email privacy@capti.io with your opt-out request.
