Introduction
Capti, Inc. ("Capti") is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you share with us.

Capti has established this Online Privacy Policy so that you can understand the measures we take to safeguard the information that we collect. Capti will not sell, rent or trade your Personal Information collected on this site, as outlined in this Online Privacy Policy.

Collection of Information

We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transactions may include: administering a service, such as email, search, community, advertising sales, ecommerce; completing an order; part of a registration process, registering products, receiving trial downloads, replying to support requests; or contacting you if you have granted us permission to do so. All financial and billing information that Capti collects through the site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the service. Capti uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card and debit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of processing payments to Capti. This billing information collected is not used for marketing or promotional purposes. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, or support issue. Users at all times are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their user registration and password.

Capti strives to comply with all applicable laws that are designed to protect your privacy. Although legal requirements may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, Capti intends to adhere to the principles set forth in this Online Privacy Policy even if, in connection with the above, we transfer your Personal Information from your country or jurisdiction to countries or jurisdictions that may not require an "adequate" level of protection for your Personal Information. Correspondence
Capti considers email transmitted to be private correspondence between the sender and recipient. Therefore, we will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of your private communications, except for reasons provided for in the End User License Agreement.

Content posted to public community areas is publicly available, and Capti reserves the right to remove any publicly posted content that it deems to be objectionable.

Opt-Out Policy
Mobile recipients can opt-out of receiving mobile text messages by replying “STOP” to any message. Email recipients may unsubscribe by following the opt-out instructions included in the email communications. Capti customers can modify their communication preferences at any time via the "Manage Profile" portion of the web site. Alternatively, you can email privacy@capti.io with your opt-out request.
